Ergonomics Assessments (ERGO)
Ergonomics enhances workplace efficiency and safety. Our ergonomic consulting services help you optimize your work environment. [currently only offering office assessments]
Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE)
FCEs assess your ability to perform job tasks. We compare your results to job demands and provide recommendations for modifications, restrictions, and further rehabilitation. [This assessment is also known as a Functional Ability Evaluation or FAE]
Physical Demands Analysis (PDA)
An on-site evaluation of job tasks. The goal of a PDA is simply to identify the physical activities required for each job task and it does not compare them to the employee capabilities.
Post-Offer Employment Test (POET)
These tests ensure that applicants for physically demanding jobs have the physical ability to do a job before they begin working (after they have been provided with a job offer). The goal is to reduce work-related injuries.
