CDAs provide consistent weekly Speech, Language and Cognitive-Communication treatment when a Speech Language Pathologist is not available within the client’s community or school. They provide support in delivery of the communication goals as designated by the SLP.
CDAs also support care providers/school teams by providing guidance and modelling strategies for success. They work as part of an integrated team approach which allows for the most success achievable by the student in all aspects of their life.
The ability to communicate effectively is essential to achieving and maintaining your quality of life. Spark Rehabilitation recognizes this and partners our registered Speech Language Pathologists with the CDA's and assist with your rehabilitation plan.
Our SLP team has over 25 years of combined experience working with clients who have suffered speech, language, cognitive and social difficulties. They pride themselves on listening to the needs of our clients and families and working towards increasing functional outcomes.
